ATF Formwork Technology is a rapid-paced construction system for forming cast-in-place concrete structures. ATF provides aluminum formwork for RCC{reinforced concrete construction} load-bearing single and multi-story buildings and enables the walls and slab to be poured monolithically in the same operation.
The simplicity of the aluminium formwork is ideal for unskilled labor and enables unskilled to achieve the highest of production rates.
Unlike other construction systems, the WTF system can be erected by unskilled labour and without the need for hosting cranes. The largest panel weight is not more than 32kg. This enables a single worker to handle the formwork components.The panels and other sections are secured and fixed by steel pins and wedges with formwork ties.
